StaffholmStaffholm

Priced per applicant, not per job slot

Everyone else charges for the right to post a job. We charge for the applications somebody actually has to read. That is the part that costs you money.

Choose a plan to start. Each one begins with the same thirty free days, and a plan chosen during them is first charged when they are over. Without a CV, every plan’s limits are 50% higher, because an advert or application without a CV counts as two thirds of one.

Fitted to you. On every paid plan, we fit Staffholm to how you hire: your questions, your email wording, your scoring. Small changes are made for you, free, usually within a week.

Your first thirty days are free. No card, five open roles and one hundred applications, which is enough to watch a real queue form on your own adverts. Start from Mini and the trial has Mini's own limits, one open role and eighty applications. The thirty days count from the day you create your company, and there is one free trial per company and per person. Choose a plan during them and it starts at once, with the first payment taken when the thirty days end. Choose Mini, Starter or Growth during the thirty days, or within a week after, and your first three months are 20% off. Choose nothing and you move to Free on your own, and it stays yours for as long as you like. Applications are never refused, because the person turned away by a hard limit is a candidate rather than a customer. Past an allowance, Free keeps the rest until you choose a plan, Mini keeps them for the next month and the bigger plans read them at the rate shown. Scale and Tailored also carry a money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first month in full, once per company. Every plan includes your whole team, with no price per user. No contract, no minimum term, and you can stop at the end of any month.

Questions we get asked

What happens when the thirty days are over?

You move to Free on your own and nothing is deleted. Your careers page stays up with your newest advert, the others are paused, and the first 25 applications each month are read and ranked. The rest are kept unread until you choose a plan, and the rankings from your trial come back with it. No candidate is ever turned away.

Do we have to replace our applicant tracking system?

No, and you should not. This sits in front of it. Nothing is migrated and nobody is retrained, and what reaches your existing system is simply already in order. It is also why this is not priced like an ATS.

Is this legal under the EU AI Act?

Recruitment screening is listed as high risk in Annex III, and those rules apply from 2 December 2027. This was built on that assumption rather than retrofitted to it. Nothing here decides. It ranks and it cites. Every question asked traces to a line in your own advert, and every score decomposes into recorded numbers. The conformity assessment is still ahead of us, and a person on your side has to keep making the decision.

Where does candidate data live, and for how long?

Stored in the EU, by an Estonian company. The CV text and answers are read by Anthropic in the US, under Standard Contractual Clauses. Retention runs on a clock rather than a promise. Unfinished applications are deleted within 24 hours and submitted ones after 240 days, or 180 days after the role is filled if that comes first. Deletion reaches the stored files as well as the database rows.

What if it's wrong about somebody?

You will see it, because the evidence sits on screen next to the score. You can also ask for a covering letter, and sliders then set how far it can move the score. Changing them reorders every queue instantly and drags straight back.

Can candidates still just apply for one job?

Yes, and that is the default when they arrive through a specific advert. The ordinary careers feed is there, other matches are offered unticked rather than assumed, and you can switch cross role suggestions off entirely.

Can we get our money back?

On Scale and Tailored, yes. Write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first month in full, and the company moves to Free. It covers the first month only, once per company. The other plans start with the free trial instead, so you see it working before you pay.

How long does it take to set up?

You paste your adverts as they are written and share one link. There is no implementation project and no minimum term. If it has not earned its place in a month, stop paying for it.
